Hotel Berchtold is an active and innovative enterprise with various gastronomic venues and a centrally located accommodation facility.
The group includes the 3* Superior Hotel Berchtold, the well-known Berchtold Restaurant, the trendy and well-attended bar «B5 to be», the Bistro B5 and the Store B5 to go.
THE BERCHTOLD
The Hotel Berchtold was opened in 2000 and is named after Berchtold V, the last Zähringer prince and founder of the town of Burgdorf. It combines time-honoured, imposing architecture with modern, contemporary design and lifestyle.
Tastefully furnished rooms, some with roof terraces, offer the comfort that business and holiday travellers as well as excursion guests desire.
The seminar rooms are modern and functional. They all have daylight and the standard technology is permanently installed. The flexible partitioning possibilities of the rooms and the direct proximity to the hotel lobby and the garden terrace enable concentrated work and necessary relaxation.
In the restaurant, the balanced and sophisticated interior design and colour concept corresponds perfectly with the light Mediterranean cuisine. The Bar B5 with its exciting urban atmosphere under the huge glass roof is a meeting place for young and young-at-heart Burgdorf residents as well as hotel guests.
