You can get an adapter at the reception. For this we will charge a deposit of CHF 10.00 on your hotel bill. When you return the adapter, it will of course be cancelled.

You can rent bicycles at the railway counter in Burgdorf. Without a Half-Fare Card, the rental fee is CHF 25 for a half day and CHF 33 for a full day if the bike is returned at the same station. If the bike is returned at a different station, the rental fee is CHF 40. The rental fee for an e-bike is CHF 35.- for a half-day, CHF 50.- for a full-day.
If the e-bike is returned to another station, it costs CHF 58.-.
In Bistro B5 you can enjoy classic bistro cuisine with daily changing lunch menus or crispy tarte flambée and hearty bagels.
The breakfast buffet is available in the restaurant and is included in the room rate. For external breakfast guests we charge CHF 21.50.

We will be happy to inform you about activities and events in and around Burgdorf at the reception or at events in Burgdorf.

The room is available until 11:00. A later check-out is possible for an extra charge, subject to availability.

At your request, the reception will inform the general practitioner on duty in the town of Burgdorf.
Laundry for dry cleaning can be left at the reception. Dry cleaning is only possible from Monday to Friday, duration: 24 hours.
We will be happy to provide you with an additional duvet or bedspread if you wish. A synthetic blanket is also available for allergy sufferers.

Cost for the first page: CHF 3.50, each additional page CHF 1.50.
If you need a plaster, bandage etc. please contact the reception.
Come to the reception with your flight ticket. We will then gladly take care of the reconfirmation, rebooking or check-in of your flight for you.
For flower orders, please contact the reception.
Do you know your escape route? Please note the corresponding information on the inside of the room door. The instructions of the hotel staff must be followed in case of fire. The assembly point is located on the square opposite the hotel (Migros-Neumarkt-Zentrum).
You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in euros or dollars. Refunds can only be paid in Swiss francs. Of course we will also exchange Euros or Dollars into Swiss Francs, for this we use the exchange rate 1:1. We draw your attention to the fact that the exchange rate differs from the bank exchange rate and recommend that you exchange at the bank.

We are happy to provide our hotel guests with a parking space in the nearby underground car park for an additional charge of CHF 12.– per day, subject to availability. The number is limited. Pick up your parking ticket at the reception upon arrival.
In Oberburg (10 minutes from Burgdorf) there is an 18-hole golf course in the middle of the beautiful Emmental. For information, please contact the reception.

You can obtain various hygiene and toiletries, such as toothbrush, nail file, body lotion, etc. at any time from our reception.

Children up to 6 years stay free of charge (breakfast included) in their parents' room. High chairs for children are available in the restaurant.
The reception staff is available around the clock for your questions and requests.
You can request an interim invoice at the reception at any time. Consumptions in the associated restaurants can be added to the room bill on request.

We are pleased to offer you the following laundry service (daily): Leave dirty laundry at the reception until 09.00 and you will receive it back within 12 hours. The laundry bag and the price list are in the cupboard.
Items that have been left lying around will be kept for you at the reception desk for three months. At your request, we will return your items to you for a shipping fee.
We are happy to have a luggage trolley ready for you at the reception. If you need assistance, we will be happy to help you.
You can leave your luggage at the reception before check-in and also after check-out until departure.

The reception desk will be happy to take messages for you.
There is a minibar in every room, which is stocked with two bottles of mineral water (free of charge). All other drinks can be purchased at our hotel bar.

Various daily newspapers are available at the Bar B5 and in Bistro B5.

Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome in the hotel. We charge CHF 15.– per night (without food). We are happy to provide you with a dog cushion and food bowl.

You can order your documents to be copied at the reception. We charge CHF 0.50 per copy.
We are happy to provide you with an additional pillow on request.
A synthetic pillow is also available for allergy sufferers.

You will find a safe in the cupboard in your room, which also has a socket for charging your laptop. Items up to CHF 1'000.– are insured.
The Hotel Berchtold has four seminar rooms with a capacity of up to 20 people in block seating and concert seating for up to 40 people. Ask for our seminar and banquet documentation, we will be happy to advise you.
We have a sewing kit available for you at the reception, we will be happy to provide it on request.
We have an assortment of shoe shine utensils ready for you at the reception. We will be happy to provide you with these on request.
